I've spent my career inside large, complex programs, building the offices, governance and reporting that keep them on course. I learned that strategy rarely fails on the idea. It fails in the operating structure underneath it.
I started Daelon so mission-driven organizations, public agencies, universities and growing businesses can get that senior-level discipline without the overhead of a large firm.
